This project started out from two different thought processes: Firstly, I was two weeks out from starting university and I wanted to refresh myself by picking a project that combines CAD, hardware, and software to something and see it through from start to finish (Spoiler: it’s not done yet…), and also, the voice in my head that always tells me ‘You can probably make this for cheaper than buying the real thing’.
